Agreement Overview

By using, purchasing, or accessing any course, training, or digital product from The Embark School (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”). If you are not at least 16 years of age, or if you are legally prohibited in your jurisdiction from entering into binding contracts, you may not access or use our services.
This Agreement governs all interactions with our products, including trials, paid courses, paid bundles, special offers, and subscription-based access. If you do not agree to all of the provisions herein, you must not use our platform or purchase any of our offerings. Your continued use confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted the entirety of this Agreement, including any marketing disclosures and pricing terms.
If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version located at www.theembarkschool.com/terms will prevail in the case of any conflict or ambiguity.

Eligibility, Access, and Service Scope

To enroll in any bundle, course, or subscription, you must be at least 16 years of age and legally capable of forming binding agreements. Your subscription, trial, or course purchase grants access only to the specific program selected at the time of purchase. It does not provide access to other unrelated content on our platform.
Any marketing phrasing including but not limited to “limited seats”, “full access”, or “all-inclusive access” pertains solely to the duration of the 3-day trial. Upon expiration of the trial, a paid subscription will be initiated automatically unless actively canceled by the user. No part of such marketing shall be interpreted to signify lifetime membership, perpetual access, or ongoing service entitlement.

Subscription Terms & Enrollment Policy

By purchasing access to any course, bundle, digital product, or service offered through this platform, you hereby acknowledge, understand, and irrevocably accept that your payment activates a strictly defined and non-extendable three (3) calendar day trial period. This trial period begins immediately upon purchase, and in exchange, a non-refundable setup fee shall be charged to your designated payment method. The amount of this trial fee is determined solely at the discretion of the platform and may be as low as $0.99 USD, or as high as $99.40 USD, $99.99 USD, or more, depending on the platform’s pricing strategy and promotional structure. This amount reflects a promotional discount off the platform’s standard setup fee and is entirely separate from any subsequent subscription charges, regardless of whether the amounts appear similar or identical. This setup fee is non-refundable and is charged immediately upon initiation of the trial period.

You expressly acknowledge and accept that unless you take deliberate action to cancel your subscription before the expiration of this three (3) day trial period, the platform is legally authorized to automatically charge your payment method for the full subscription fee immediately upon the conclusion of the trial. This automatic charge will initiate a monthly recurring subscription plan, which shall continue to renew at regular monthly intervals unless and until you proactively cancel it. The monthly subscription fee may be $49.99 USD, $69.99 USD, $98.00 USD, $99.99 USD, or any other amount, as determined by the platform’s pricing structure in force at the time of billing. The platform is under no obligation to notify you before this charge occurs, and your prior agreement to these terms constitutes your full and binding consent.

Should you fail to cancel within the trial period and the first subscription payment is processed, that transaction shall be final, non-refundable, and irreversible under any circumstance. Furthermore, if you submit a cancellation request after the trial has ended and the subscription has already begun, your cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will remain fully liable for the current billing period, and no refund, partial or full, will be granted for that ongoing month—regardless of usage, satisfaction, or personal circumstance.

You further acknowledge that any “forever” or similar phrasing used in discount representations is intended to indicate the ongoing application of the specified discount beginning with the trial period payment and continuing through each subsequent monthly renewal. It shall not be construed as an entitlement to lifetime access, and the platform reserves all rights to modify or terminate such offers.

All pricing decisions, including but not limited to trial fees, subscription rates, promotional offers, and billing cycles, are exclusively determined by the platform and are final, non-negotiable, and not subject to challenge or appeal. By completing your purchase, you expressly and irrevocably agree to abide by these terms and waive any right to dispute charges, initiate chargebacks, or seek refunds through your bank, payment processor, or any other third party.

If you do not agree with these terms in full and without reservation, you are strictly advised not to proceed with your purchase. Finalizing your payment shall constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the platform, enforceable under applicable international commercial and digital commerce laws, and shall serve as incontrovertible evidence of your acceptance and understanding of this subscription policy.

Important: Any price you may see on a landing page, checkout page, advertisement, or promotional material (including language such as “Due Now: $0.99 USD” or slashed-through prices like “$99.99” or “$99.94”) applies solely and exclusively to the three (3)-day trial period of the monthly subscription. These prices do not apply to the recurring payments that follow the trial period, which are separately defined, governed, and enforced under these Terms.

Promotional Language and Marketing Disclosures

You acknowledge and agree that The Embark School may use time-sensitive marketing language and urgency cues (e.g., “Ends Soon,” “Ends Tonight,” “Limited Offer”) in our advertising, checkout process, and landing pages. These phrases are lawful, transparent, and commonly accepted in global digital commerce. They are not misleading and are used to communicate value during promotional campaigns.

You acknowledge and agree that marketing language such as “Unlock Everything,” “Full Access,” “Unlimited Access,” or “All-Inclusive Access” is strictly related to the 3-Day Trial period. These terms are used to describe temporary access for evaluation purposes and do not imply permanent access unless explicitly stated otherwise. You also understand that such terminology may be used on checkout pages, landing pages, advertisements, and other promotional materials, and you consent to this usage.
We may also present stylized statistics, badges, or outcomes in our advertising for illustrative engagement purposes. No employment, salary, or promotion guarantees are implied. Our certificate of completion is issued by The Embark School, and while professionally recognized, it is not conferred by any university or government body.

“Trial”, “3-Day Trial”, “(3)-day trial”, or “Pro Free Trial” refers to an access period of exactly three (3) calendar days, commencing immediately upon purchase. This access is offered at a promotional setup fee that may be $0.99 USD, or any other amount higher or lower, as determined solely by the platform’s internal pricing strategy and promotional discretion. This setup fee represents a heavily discounted rate from our standard setup fees, which may be $99.40 USD, $99.99 USD, or more, based on the value and nature of the product or service offered. For absolute clarity, the trial duration is never longer than three (3) days under any circumstances.

This setup fee is non-refundable and is entirely separate from the subsequent recurring subscription charges that shall be automatically applied upon the expiration of the trial period, unless the subscription is canceled before such time. This applies regardless of whether the recurring fee is identical to, higher than, or lower than the initial setup fee. All pricing displayed in marketing materials, advertisements, or promotional content is determined solely by our internal pricing strategy and is accepted by you through clear and affirmative consent at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify the design, layout, and format of any certificates or credentials issued upon course or bundle completion at our sole discretion. Additionally, we retain the exclusive right to label any product on the platform as a “course,” “bundle,” “path,” “bootcamp,” or “program,” depending on what our team deems appropriate for the content and structure.

Please note that all prices on our platform, including those presented in offers and promotions, are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD), represented by the “$” symbol. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.

Behavioral Standards and Platform Rights

We may, at our full discretion, suspend or permanently block access to any user who exhibits abusive language, false claims, or conduct we consider unacceptable or misleading. Such decisions will be based solely on our internal review. Payments made are for services unlocked and are strictly non-refundable. By continuing with your purchase, you affirm your agreement to this clause and all other terms on this page.

Consent to Communication, Cancellation Requests, and Binding Agreement

By completing your purchase and checking the box stating “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:”, you provide your clear, informed, and irrevocable consent to this entire Agreement. This “clickwrap” consent is enforceable across the EU, UK, USA, and internationally.

If you wish to cancel your subscription or request support, you may contact us via email. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You agree that terms like “cancel,” or “request cancellation” refer to cancellation through your payment provider or by sending an email request to us. You confirm that you’ve read and understood this cancellation process and accept that it is fully disclosed here.

Subscription Limitations

It is important to understand that your subscription grants access only to the specific course or bundle you selected and not to the entire platform or unrelated course offerings. Each bundle or course is independently licensed, and access must be purchased separately if you wish to enroll in other programs or categories across The Embark School. This model supports deeper focus and fairness in pricing across a wide range of learning pathways.

Tech Bundle & Content Disclaimer

While The Embark School proudly offers a wide selection of tech-related and professional development bundles and courses, your participation in any one program does not include physical goods, additional certifications beyond what is stated in the course outline, or any form of guarantee regarding employment, advancement, or third-party licensing. We recommend reviewing course descriptions and skill objectives carefully to ensure they meet your personal or professional needs.

Account Security and Conduct

You agree to maintain the security of your account and password and to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Embark School promotes a respectful learning environment and reserves the right to restrict access for those who violate community guidelines or misuse platform resources.

Changes to Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms of Use to reflect improvements, changes in the platform, or updates to pricing structures.
